        we use philips speechmike premium

no idea if it is good or bad but no problems using it at least.

we have both m modal and dragon available

        most people are using m-modal.

the radiology guys have their own program but i think the processing underneath is dragon.

I have been using this one for a few years and like it better then anything else I have tried.

My hospital has M-modal. I have dragon in my practice. I personally think M-modal is more accurate. I dictate dragon into a word document and have my admin assistant put it in the emr.
