Or do you just get the fluids from the coffee, juices, sodas, etoh, fruits or veggies that you consume? Or do you just drink when you are thirsty? I used to drink juices that I juiced from veggies throughout the day. But for the last several years, I’ve reversed course and abstain from drinking anything till dinner.

When pregnant yes. When not pregnant, no.
You drink nothing until dinner? That seems crazy to me...
Love my coffee in morning (Half regular, half decaf.... so I don't feel bad drinking more!). I often have a diet soda (I know, it's bad but it is my one vice!) and then vitamin waters. Water with meals. No ETOH for me... I'd rather eat my calories!

I naturally drink tons of water, I go through 1-2L a day when not working but can easily hit the 1L mark when working unless im pounding Monsters.

I'm terrible at drinking fluid. And water especially is just kind of gross to me. So I drink crystal light. Last Jan I was trying to improve my sleep and read about how doing no sugar supposedly would improve it. So I did no sugar and tried to drink like 3 sixteen ounce bottles of water a day. All it did was make me pee 5326x a day and make me sad to not have sugar in my life.
I run 4 miles a day and take a sip or two of liquid after but I'd be surprised if I drink 16 oz of crystal light or tea in a day ( I don't drink soda or juice regularly). I'm just not a big drinker.

I imagine whatever amount of water generated from lipolysis is miniscule... Unless you got a hump like a camel?

I don’t have a hump, but I do have fat stores. Everyone does except may severe anorexics or people in concentration camp situations.
