Well, not unbearably. But when it’s consistently in the 40’s. Walmart has good $20 shorts.

I like to dress nicely. Pretty sure 95% of my husband's t-shirts and hoodies are free and branded from his current company or from his prior university job. I don't actually mind because all the millenials recognize the company, comment on how cool it is, and we get better service.

One thing I did after retiring was to throw out every pair of scrubs (hospital origin) that I owned.

As did I…but my hoodie was made from the undercoat of Mongolian goats

i have a fair amount of nice clothes that I like but rarely wear anymore, especially with my 2020/2021 lifestyle. Someday I think I’ll wear them again. I mostly wear old race t-shirts and shorts around the house. I did buy into the Vuori hype recently and bought a few joggers and sweatshirts and do not regret that at all.

That’s the one. Ironically held while telling you that coffee at your desk will kill 100% of your patients.

Scrubs and fleece for work. Worn out t shirts and shorts with varying levels of grass and oil stains most other days. I just don’t see the point in burning cash on clothes all that often when they usually get trashed while doing random projects or kids trashing them somehow.

I'm clean but no frills and not especially eye catching. Someone once mentioned surprise that I had lived and worked inner city for decades without ever getting mugged. Spouse commented because I look only one degree of separation from homeless and like I might be willing to fight.

I grab what is ever on the top of the drawer or front of the closet. I rarely buy new clothes. I have plenty of old t shirts from decades ago and will hold onto them until my wife makes me throw them out. Mostly polo shirts and shorts until I cannot stand it and switch to jeans. ENT Doc we sound similar in that respect.

I do not go for any particular brand

Work clothes get replaced a little more mostly because I wear them so much more. I seem to burn holes in my pants way faster then the normal person. I think I walk more then the average person. Also it must be the way I sit but my wallet kills that back pocket. My wife jokes I should subscribe to pants on amazon since I just reorder them every year or so.

Some of this is out of cheapness but mostly I just hate shopping.
