I bought 2 dozen red roses and gave one dozen to the L&D nurses and the second to the OR nurses from my residency teaching program.

One guy - whiskey, another a hammer to permanently "fix" his pager.
We bought donuts at many Tim Horton's on a road trip vacation in Canada.
