    seems several human studies havent shown this to be an issue using arterial blood and one I saw did. Research is annoying.

    a different well designed study showed stevia/sucrose did not change the amounts people ate while stevia had great effects on lowered overall blood glucose.

    I have always thought the holy grail was something that cut 1/3rd sugar and simple carbs with little to no difference in flavor, and versions that were more aggressive for the more concerned
