At my current job as a radiation oncologist I have quite a bit of free time during my work day. I'm in a community practice so I have to stay at the location from 8am - 4pm (while the therapist treat the patients). However during those hours I have quite a bit of down time. Does anyone have any ideas of what else I can do during this time to earn extra income? Thanks!

Consider taking surveys to make money. Some have had success.
You may want to first ensure you're not violating any part of your employment contract by doing so. -

I would definitely figure out if this type of thing was OK with your employer before doing anything. At my job, any type of outside work I do would be subject to my employer getting like 10-25% of what I made. I can't remember exactly because I'm never going to do any extra work :-) But I know it's a thing.Comment

I made sure that my contract specifically states that this type of work is ok and that I get 100% of earnings.Comment
