I know there are quite a few Kaiser docs here and I hope one might be able to steer me to a skilled CPA who is also familiar with the Kaiser Mega backdoor Roth conversion. I am new to Kaiser and California. Our family has a moderately complicated tax scenario and we need a referral for tax advice.

to do a mega back door the 401k needs to allow after tax contributions and in service distributions. without those two, you cant do it.
