VOO for VTI wash sale/TLH question

Hey all,
I know this has been posted about before, but if I sold VTI for TLH, is VOO substantially different enough? I also searched this on Bogleheads and found some conflicting info. Thanks!

Those should be fine. They each track a different index that holds a significantly different number of companies.

A total market fund and S&P 500 fund will never track the same index...at least to my knowledge.
