have you guys needed a co-signer to get rates and refinance?

I've seen people posting that they've been able to get quick rates quoted on the Sofi website.  When I tried to, they denied giving me a rate (saying that I need a co-signer).  I also just submitted an application through DRB and awaiting to hear back.

Have you guys needed a co-signer to get rates?  I guess it makes sense given the high debt to income ratio of residency.

I was able to get quotes from all the companies, but only DRB would provide a lower monthly rate while in residency. My total debt is only ~100K.

i guess my debt is too high for them to even given me a preliminary rate
