Student loan "scam"

Thought you guys would appreciate the letter that came in the mail today. Intentionally vague and opaque; borderline misleading. The envelope was marked only as an "important document" and "personal and confidential". On the other end of the line is some financial services company, no doubt looking to prey on naive professionals with high loan burdens.

There are many of these of different varieties.  My wife just received one today as a "final notice" despite just refinancing with sofi in the last month.  I also got a call from a "google representative" promising to put my business on the front search page today...scams are everywhere.  I don't trust anyone anymore.  I just busted a 79 y/o for drug seeking last week.
