Great to see an increase in ROTH limits! Both spouse and I are lined up to do our backdoor ROTH for 2023. We will be going into Fidelity. Which fund should we buy into? Our ROTH accounts at Fidelity are just a part of our retirement that we do an annual max conversion into each year. We mostly contribute and forget this until the following year. TIA

In our ROTHs we utilize the Fidelity Total Market ZERO fund (FZROX) and the Fidelity Total International Index Fund (FZILX). Both have an expense ratio 0! Hard to get more WCI/Bogle than that.
They hold slightly less holdings than the equivalent ones with expense ratios, but track 99.9% the same, so pretty great.

I came here to ask this exact question. Where should I invest backdoor with fidelity? Looking to help invest my spouse's Fidelity backdoor roth that was a late 2022 contribution. I also use Fidelity for backdoor and have it in FSRNX (reit). This felt good for me but my spouse is more conservative. Any recommendations welcome!
We've grown our investments from ~30,000 to ~165,000 in 18 months using Whitecoat principles, aka our current holdings and assets are in HYSA/employer retirement/the match/HSA/backdoor.
