I have a fidelity 403B that I received during residency. I recently graduated and no longer work at the institution that I had the 403B with. The rest of my money is in a Vanguard account. Should I just keep the money at Fidelity, move it to Vanguard, or...?? Thoughts?

Sorry everyone -- made the newbie mistake of asking a question that has already been asked two pages back!
