Roll IRA into current 401K

I need to transfer my rollover IRA into current 401k to avoid pro-ration with starting backdoor roth. My rollover IRA consist of 80% total stock vanguard index and 20% total bond index. My 401k is in Target Date 2040 T.Rowe. Considering T.Rowe TD is 90% stocks and current drop in stocks, should I wait for some time before making this transfer? Thanks

Of course, I don’t know your age or goals, but I would probably recommend rebalancing all into an appropriately diversified equity index fund portfolio.
