Self-Directed Roth IRA

Hello, I'm interested in opening a self-directed Roth IRA. Any advice on where to open one? I'm currently with Vanguard for most of my investments, and I don't believe they provide this service. Thanks

I just read it, thanks. It affirms what I want to do, which is invest in a private real estate debt fund within a self-directed Roth IRA. But who to use as the custodian? I don't know where to open one.
