Vanguard SEP-IRA rollover

I started a Sep-IRA in 2017 with Vanguard. I chose the SEP mainly due to less hassle at the time. Now, I would like to rollover to a solo 401K. From what I'm reading the only way to do this with Vanguard is to open the solo 401K at a different brokerage firm because vanguard does not allow this. Has anyone done this recently?

Many ppl, including our clients. Not too difficult. You are correct that VG d/n allow.
