My primary residence is sacred. I’m all for taking chances and leveraging things I’m willing to walk away from but my home is not one of those things.

Our home has increased in value a lot in the past 4 years where we have 400K untapped equity in the home. Do people actually do a cash out refinance with their primary home and use money to buy a second investment property or syndication? Is it stupid to even think about doing this?
