    Should I incorporate as LLC or S corp for the real estate ? How do you claim upfront depreciation? As I understand principal is not tax deductible but interest is? Do you advise higher downpayment or lower since interest can be written off? Any real estate lawyer you advise to review terms ?

    Judging by your questions you should be in contact with a competent CPA and real estate lawyer.

      You should never put real estate (or any appreciating asset, such as an investment portfolio) in a corporation. Yes to LLC for asset protection. Beyond that, find a good CPA well- versed in RE.
