Best telehealth companies to work for?

I am currently a full time dermatologist working in private practice. I am interested in exploring some telehealth opportunities as a side gig and was wondering if anybody had success with or knows of a a particular company that would be good to work for/with. I would be looking at a "store and forward" type of technology that is used in visual specialities such as radiology, pathology, and dermatology rather than a "real time" type of position. Ideally it would be something with a flexible weekly time commitment that I could try and do during spare time throughout the day or possibly morning/evenings.
