  • Contract negation

I am in the midst of resigning a contract with my hospital system. I have been employed as a family practice physician with them for 5 years ( I have 18 yrs of experience). I currently average 6000 wrvu yearly. My previous contract was tiered with 43.71 multiplier for 4900 RVUs and 49.51 for second tier. They just presented me with a contract for a multiplier of $41 and $49. I informed them that I will not be signing this! Does anyone know current multiplier for family practice in MI?

Resigning or re-signing? Contract negation or contract negotiation? I'm not sure if what you wrote were typos, intended statements, or Freudian slips.

Survey data (MGMA etc.) is regional at the lowest level. Best option would be get another offer.
Of course you know that. Good luck.
