Refinance 2nd Home with Jumbo

I have a 2nd home (vacation home) that has 400K mortgage, paid 500K.  We did an extensive renovation and place work about 900K.

 

Are there are refinance loans available for doctors with great rates/terms where I can get a loan 80% or more out?

How in the world can you afford a second near million dollar home ad an ED doc?

Non-conforming (aka, not Frannie/Freddie compliant) loans might help you out. Many banks have them - some are "doctor" loans, also try "professional" loans.

We've worked with a couple of different lenders, here is one though:

They'll lend both new and re-fi loans. Many of the lenders of the professional loans have different lending options, and often keep the mortgage for the life of the loan.
