Does anyone know how many vacation hours a partner physician gets after 10 years of service?

For some reason, I thought it was 33 days, instead of 28 days.   Thanks

                  It is 33. I can’t count.

The benefits summary says 28 but that ignores the 5 “extra” days for being a partner.

                    Year 1-3: 18
                    Year 4: 23
                    Year 5: 28
                    Year 20: 33

are scpmg docs allowed to do catch up at age 50 in the 401K?

Side question for the Kaiser Docs:

Do you get paid for call on top of your "normal pay"?

If not, how many calls do you have to take per month? And if there is someone out on leave, do you get paid for taking more call?

                              Thanks in Advance!

Do any of you have experience working with the Eagle West Group, specifically Eric Imley? He's on the list of WCI recommended financial advisors and advertises himself as specializing in Kaiser physicians to help them navigate the "complex benefits packages".

For those that manage your own finances, has the complexity SCPMG's retirement and benefits structure really made it more difficult for you?

After reading through the benefits handbook, part of me thinks all the structure would make managing this easier but I'm interested in hearing others' thoughts.

Thanks in advance for everyone's help!
