I am trying to decide whether to quit my current job with less autonomy and get a job with a higher paycheck

Please help. The income difference is about 100 K

Not enough information.
$100k is a good chunk of change; but in trying to decide between which job to take it would be helpful to know what the total salary is. How long have you been in your current position and how much longer do you have to work to get your pension? How much is the pension and how unlikely is the possibility of pension failure?
