Me and my wife are moving to Phoenix Arizona for a new job and are buying a new house.We also got 1.75% mortgage for a fixed 10 year loan which is super awesome.
I do have a question and I did my search but am unable to find the answer.
How do we title the house in a way that I can protect it from malpractice suits or other crazy lenders in future that may come after me or my wife for any reasons? Basically my house is an asset and I want to protect it.
I know WCI recommends TENANTS BY ENTIRETY but that option does not exist in Arizona state unfortunately.
What are my options? Please help.
