Homeowner's Insurance Question
02-28-2016, 11:14 PM
Is there an advantage/necessity to having a homeowner's insurance policy with an agent who resides in the same state/area as the home itself?

I believe rather prefer to have a agent residing near, since it would be convenient anytime in need to have a contact with him..

Doubtful. We've had good rates and great service from USAA.

I email or call my agent. He wanted to meet me once, so fine, but I'd be just as happy to deal with a website.
