Thank you for all of your past help!
I have been using a local independent agent for my own LTD and term life insurance and he has done a good job, especially given my somewhat non-straightforward medical history.
I was going to apply with him for term life for my wife (clean bill of health), and the cheapest policy at the time for her per term4sale was through Ameritas. However, I checked this weekend, and now Cincinnati Life is $5/yr cheaper. However, it appears that he is not appointment with Cincinnati Life as he "found them very difficult to work with a few years ago." Should I just go ahead and apply for her via Ameritas as he has generally done a good job and doesn't try to sell whole/variable/universal life, or is it worth it to go through a different independent agent to save $5/yr through Cincinnati Life?
Thank you so much for your replies!
