Like Button Available on Mobile

We had some work done on the forum this week.

Some users have requested a "like" and a "quote" button on the mobile version of the forum. It turns out "like" is easy do, so we went ahead and did that. "Quote" is more difficult and more expensive, so I'm still trying to decide whether to spring for that.

We also have added some powers for the moderators and myself that should help keep the Chinese spammerbot problem at bay.
