CME and vacation

Any experience with travel cme programs?  Which is the best? I have used travel medical seminars in the past.  I'm not sure if any new groups have popped up

If you're in anesthesia or EM, NWAS does a good job and picks great locations.

We were just looking at the MER.org (Medical Educational Resources) website trying to figure out where to use the last of this year's CME funds. Very good courses for primary care- we have enjoyed their classes... and locations.

I've had a good experience with American Seminar Institute.  You decide your vacation destination and then you listen to the lectures while you're there to make it an official travel CME with the IRS.  Covers a wide range of specialties as well.

Turns out a few of my former attendings gave some of the lectures so it was kind of cool to hear their voice again!
