does this happen to you guys?
i ask my nurse (or fill in the blank person) to do something. Can you check if we've received the records for patient x from the hospital? 5 minutes later i hear the person on the phone. Dr q-school is really mad that you haven't sent the records yet.
i'm not mad. i didn't raise my voice or speak in an angry tone. i just politely asked for something i need. when i ask the person, they just shrug and say that's the way to get things done. everyone in the hospital does it (for all doctors) so i don't know how many people in the world think i'm mad.
i don't really appreciate it but obviously i'm not aware of the scope of the issue. i hope no one is mad at me back.
