    Yeah it's well written and provides good information. Most, if not all, people here understand that as high earners/physicians you don't have to take any additional risks to live and retire well.

    Straying from the status quo or trying to make your money work harder is an active decision that can either speed up or slow down FI/retirement that also takes a fairly significant amount of time, thinking, and a roller coaster of emotions. It's not suited well to most people, but the potential is out there if one is willing to take additional risk and potential bad outcomes.

    This article is really really good for those young guys and gals that don't want to grow wealth at a snail's pace. These steps essentially mean earlier enhanced compounding effect due to more dry powder (optimized income reduced spending) and accelerated returns (leverage, smaller bond portfolio). Probably quite a big faster FI and RE (if desired) if you plan and execute.
