Maybe the dermatologists can comment on this better, but the gist of the article is that the teledocs got diagnoses right when the image was the only thing needed to clinch the diagnosis, but a condition that required an H&P to figure out the diagnosis (i.e. polycystic ovarian syndrome in an obese, amenorrheic patient with acne) stumped most of the tele-dermatologists.
