I heard the author on a podcast recently and was intrigued enough to pick up the book. I haven't read many personal finance-type books recently, because to be honest, once you get the gist of it PF is pretty simple. So I'm not into nuts and bolts type books.
This is a book about mindset, prosperity, and the value of work for its own sake. It was like "The Alchemist" meets "Think and Grow Rich." I really enjoyed it for the place I am right now - 6 years out of residency, probably another 6 years away from FI, and really starting to think about my "why."
