Apparent lock out for Johanna Turner/Hatton1

I just got this message from Johanna but apparently she is locked out of the forum since yesterday afternoon on both her desktop and Ipad (and I believe she mentioned Hatton1 was as well).

She asked if I could post this to let everyone know that she did not abandon the forum.
