How do I start a small business loan company? I recently came into some money and want to open a business or invest.

 

What are the steps I need to take? I use to work a small business company. So I have the knowledge that goes along with making a sale but not opening the business from scratch.

Just to clarify - you inherited some money and you want to open a company to loan money to small businesses? If that is your question, I’m not sure this is the right place to ask, but we’ll see what others say.

Look around and you can find a local or semi-local angel investing group.  There will be minimum investment amounts each year and/or number of deals you have to make.
