Evergrande seems to be an isolated issue. Stock is already 10 cents on a dollar and all the properties seem to be in China. Sooooooo CCP gets the the buildings in China and the debt holders get the shaft. It's a big one, $300b. Make no mistake. CCP wanted development and it will be paid for by foreign investors.
That is the way the deals in China are structured. Government giveth and takes away. Ask Jack Ma.
Now just worry about the US government, giveth and take it away.

That's the problem with buying the dip: often the dips are so transient that they are over before you can make a purchase. So I've stopped thinking about them. I figure my automatic investments will catch any longer drop, and I have more important things to do with my life than obsessively following the market so I can catch one of these 1-2 day declines.
