along similar lines, it is catching that AOC comes out saying that she does not and believes others should not hold crypto so as to not be biased when passing crypto legislation. Although I sleep better with the current WH tenant a ton more than TFG, I’m concerned with the few headlines I’ve seen in which a political advisor was dismissed from involvement in crypto legislation because they held some crypto. It’s a complex new technology; how are they going to get any insight if most, if not all, have never used it? ….or maybe I just get that impression from the CT echo chamber.

DEXes: Minswap (already had their ISO but can buy their token cheaply as it was only released a few days ago), Sundaeswap (hasn't had the ISO yet, can get in any time)
Yield optimizers: Genius Yield (ISO started 4 days ago, lasting 6 months, can join anytime)
Naming service: ADA handle (waitlist just launched, can join and once your turn comes you can get up to 3 names). It's basically the equivalent to ENS on Ethereum which turned out pretty nice for me so figured I would give the ADA one a shotLast edited by nycEMMD; 12-19-2021, 07:48 AM.

Altcoins to me essentially all fall somewhere on the spectrum between small tech companies and straight up scams.

you kinda make my point.
personally I don’t see that stuff as a reason to want to make a long term investment in any alts. I’m not saying there won’t be other blockchains and coins. But I don’t know which and I don’t know why. And I will admit I haven’t spent much time looking.

The airdrops keep on coming. I missed the initial Uniswap airdrop last year by like a week or two, but since then I've been lucky enough to get a bunch of them via word of mouth and just degen-ing into various protocols due to rumors of future drops.
The most recent ones were quite lucrative, depending on the amount & longevity of .eth domains (ENS token) and level of activity on OpenSea (SOS token). Anyone else get these? I got some nice 5 figure chunks from these - literally free money falling out of the sky (& into my Metamask wallet).
