Rollover Vanguard Traditional IRA to Fidelity Solo 401K

I'm about to rollover my funds (100% in VTSMX - less than 10k) held in a Vanguard deductible traditional IRA into my recently opened Fidelity Solo 401k.

Should I continue to hold the Vanguard funds in the Fidelity account? Or should I switch it to the Fidelity version (FSTMX) which has a slightly lower expense ratio?

And has anybody ever completed this process online?
