What's your goal? I doubt it was to try to make a few quick bucks in a week. If your goal is long term then you have nothing to sweat and should be wanting it to go lower.

You bought a pure speculative stock at 40K and expect that to only go up or stay at 40K but never below?. It might go to 150K but there is also a good chance it might go to 4K.

Hope the rest of investments is in safe index funds and what you put in Bitcoin is just fun money.

Losing a few grand at most, is not the world record for worst timing. Not even close.

Consider it a cheap lesson in a long investing career. If this bothers you that much, then going forward, don't invest in highly volatile assets you don't fully understand.

Yea, I assume they were taking pity on us, especially since there was a good chance that when I turned 16 I was going to be driving that beast. Would have pretty much destroyed any chance of dating in high school.
