Why would ETH fail tho? The exchange might, but not the token. Sounds like maxi hopium.

If you havent caught on that crypto is over, this is your last and very obvious sign. Take some off the table if still a believer sure, but there arent many rugs left.
Yes ofc it could recover and you could get filthy rich, but the odds are stacked against you and the warning/obvious signs were long there, and that can be hard to rationalize with yourself once the greed/facade has worn off and you're zeroed essentially.

so which is it?

The vast majority of alt-/sh1t-/scam-/Ponzicoins are going to zero. The largest market cap ones with network effects will go down 85-95% most likely.

If it becomes the same peak to trough as the last crash btc goes to around 10500 or so I think.
The problem with going back to ath or further is that it requires a lot of liquidity/risk/leverage or so much money printing that the dollar is essentially worthless and btc is worth a lot of the worthless dollar.
Possible yes, likely improbable. Maybe when the us isn’t the worlds power or the usd the reserve currency and governments/society crumbles.
Or maybe collusion with all the rest of the btc holders that essentially value it however they want. That’s one good thing about btc I think. You can’t synthetically short sell it so once all the speculators are out then the last holders can buy and sell at whatever dollar denomination they want to.

it’s over. Forever. Mass regulation will come, net leverage with drastically drop, which is what permitted the whole thing to go up in first place.

you guys all realize btc is basically back where it was when this thread started 2 years ago? Meanwhile QQQ is down 10% same time. I haven’t checked Amazon and Tesla and Facebook but I’m guessing it isn’t pretty
meanwhile bitcoin blocks keep coming and it keeps being censorship resistant with the same supply cap as before.
most of “crypto” has gone to ************************ along with the rest of the world and yet 1 bitcoin is still going to cost you $16k or whatever
