Are you sure you want an entire book on the subject? That sounds painful! Try to keep in mind while you're reading that wwo problems with learning estate planning are 1) it's very complex because it cover so many different lifestyles and life circumstances, and 2) a lot of it is based on state law so it varies by state. Hence, what you read may apply to one state and be good advice, but not apply to another state and be bad advice. For those motivated though, reading a book is not a bad idea since all your property is subject to your estate plan. If you start just with reading articles to quickly get the big picture, here are some I've thought were helpful. Yes, you'll notice one is mine.

            You can
look at the gassman YouTube videos online. He is a lawyer in Florida. There are tons of free seminars and classes on this topic as well. I believe there an estate podcast from a lawyer online. BTW does anyone know if estate exemptions are going to change this year I did not see it mentioned in treasury greenbook

This is a practical book about estate planning that was not only enlightening, but also thoroughly enjoyable.
