Cannot see private messages

I am unable to see my private messages. I can see a snippet in my e-mail but, when I check on the web, the message is like SMS-style but blank. I tried messaging the webmaster but no reply. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thank you.

This bug is above us. We're reported it to the software designers (and we're not the only ones). I'm not sure they know what the problem is. I'm sorry.
