What type of corporation to file for

I’m a new doctor in New York. Pllc-s or P.C-scorp. I think these are the two options available to me.

im planning to make around 400k year and will probably want a defined benefit plan.

Get professional advice, though it may be state specific, In my state I could not file as a S-Corp for my business but my real estate I can. There are different tax consequences to both. With a C corp you need to zero out at the end of the year on the books to avoid double taxation. S-Corp with give you better path through income which avoids some taxes on the higher income side.
